We prepare three meal sizes: small, medium, and large. 

  • Small meals range from approximately 200 to 300 calories.
  • Medium meals range from approximately 300 to 400 calories.
  • Large meals range from approximately 400 to 500 calories.


Please note that not all menu items have multiple size options. Our high energy snacks typically are 150 to 200 calories. On average, our food is based on a 1,200-calorie lifestyle for women (three small sized Snap meals and two snacks per day) and a 1,800-calorie lifestyle for men (three large sized Snap meals and two snacks per day).
