We use organic ingredients as often as possible, but organic is just one of many characteristics we use to evaluate the food we buy. Ultimately, we attempt to obtain the highest quality food using ingredients that are sourced as close to us as possible. We believe in food that has been minimally processed, thereby maintaining the most nutrients. Additionally, we recognize that some purveyors that aren’t certified organic, use responsible, sustainable methods in their production practices. We prepare almost everything in-house (from sauces to sides) to maintain strict quality control over every Snap dish we serve.
