We use organic ingredients as often as possible, but organic is just one of many characteristics we use to evaluate the food we buy. Ultimately, we attempt to obtain the highest quality food using ingredients that are sourced as close to us as possible. We believe in food that has been minimally processed, thereby maintaining the most nutrients. We recognize that even though some of our purveyors aren’t certified organic, they all practice mindful, responsible, and sustainable methods of the highest quality in their production. Additionally, we prepare almost everything in-house (from sauces to sides) to maintain strict quality control over every Snap dish we serve.
