Most of meal plan subscriptions start out with a base of 1200, 1500, or 1800 calories per day. You can customize how many calories are in each day of your meal plan by adding or removing meals to each day.


*The base calorie goals for our Camp Gladiator meal plan subscription are 1500, 1800, and 2000. Our Whole30 meal plan subscription is based on meal size, not calories per meal, which is why you will see Small, Medium, and Large as the calorie goal option.
