Most of meal plan subscriptions start out with a base of 1200, 1500, or 1800 calories per day. You can customize how many calories are in each day of your meal plan by adding or removing meals to each day.


*The base calorie goals for our Camp Gladiator meal plan subscription are 1500, 1800, and 2000. In addition, the Whole30 program is not based on calorie goals and therefore our Whole30 Meal Plan does not include them.
