How do I update my menu once I have placed my order?

Once you have placed your order for your meal subscription, you can manage your menu through your meal plan manager on our app or The meal plan manager will allow you to add, swap, or remove meals, as well as add or remove day parts from your menu. In addition, you can change your base subscription, calorie goal, or the number of days per week that you receive food through your meal plan manager. Changes to your menu and plan preferences must be completed before your weekly lock date.
