You may cancel your subscription plan through your account on the website or app.
On the website (local.snapkitchen.com), click on manage plan. Scroll to a week that has not been locked by the system and click MORE OPTIONS. Click the Cancel Subscription link located under the SAVE & CLOSE button.
One the app, click on Account, then click Manage Meal Plan. Scroll to a week that has not been locked by the system and click Manage Plan. Click the Cancel Plan link located at the bottom of the screen.
Once a weekly order has been locked by the system, it can not be canceled. Canceling your subscription will cancel all (unlocked) future weeks.
If you only select to "skip" the weeks viewable in the Subscription section, it will not fully cancel your subscription. Please note, that if you've skipped a week the cancellation option will still be available.
