The Lock Date is the specific deadline to skip or make any changes to your order including but not limited to: menu items, delivery address, and payment method, which is listed for each customer on our website. The lock date is usually 6 days prior to the day that you pick-up your order or have it delivered. You have until 11:59 PM CST the evening before your lock date listed on our website to make the change. We cook all dishes to order, so we need this time to prepare, cook, and pack your order in time for your delivery or pickup.
