No way! Not all carbohydrates are created equal! While everyone has different needs and yours may be different than what we offer, our keto-friendly plan contains plenty of non-starchy veggies. Non-starchy veggies are a great way to get in a super healthy form of carbohydrates that will digest slowly (thanks to fiber from the veggies and protein & fat in your Snap meal) without a blood sugar spike.
