Fiber has a minimal impact on blood sugar, so we feel confident subtracting it out from the total carbohydrates in our keto-friendly meals. Most fiber isn’t absorbed by your body, so it doesn’t impact you in the way some other carbohydrates (like bread or pasta) do. Always remember that we all respond differently to different foods and forms of carbohydrates, so you can always check your blood sugar if you’re curious.
