Depending on where you live, your meals may spend between 1-3 days in transit from our kitchen to your doorstep. Don't worry — we make every effort to ensure that your food will stay fresh in transit. By using insulating liners and frozen gel packs in our boxes, as well as cold chain transportation in some cases, we ensure your food stays fresh until you are able to unpack and refrigerate your order. Our packaging ensures your meals will stay fresh (<41 degrees) in the box for 72 hours without refrigeration.
Most orders are shipped via shipping partners like FedEx or UPS and spend 1-3 days in transit. If you live in the Western United States, in some cases your order may spend time on a refrigerated truck traveling from our kitchen to a fulfillment center closer to you. Once it arrives at the fulfillment center, it is delivered to you the next day, so it never spends more than 58 hours outside of refrigeration.
On the day of your shipment, your meals will arrive sometime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM on the date of delivery, depending on the shipping partner. If you’re not home, don’t worry! Our packaging will keep your meals fresh until you're able to unpack and refrigerate them. That said, we do recommend refrigerating the meals as soon as possible, as the food is fresh and not frozen.
FedEx does not deliver to businesses on Saturdays or Sundays.
Please note, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to notify you of any changes in shipping as we become aware of delays.
