What if my delivery is late?

Delays may occur that are beyond the control of SnapKitchen. Weather, high volume, and a variety of other issues may create an unexpected delay with our shipping partners. Our packaging is designed to handle delays and keep your items fresh. 

If your items do not arrive cool to the touch and at a safe temperature of 40 degrees or below, please feel free to contact our Customer Care team.  

*Note: You may be asked to provide a photo of the food temperature on arrival using a food thermometer.
