You can cancel your Direct Ship plan through the manage plan section within your iOS app or website. You are able to cancel your subscription until the day before the ship date. We will be unable to cancel the shipment once within the 48 hours prior to the ship date.

You can find the option to cancel your meal subscription under the manage plan button on your next active week. Once your week is in progress, any cancelations made will occur the following week. Please note if you've skipped a week the option to cancel will not be available until the next active week.
