You can cancel your Delivery subscription plan through the Lifestyle Plan manager on our iOS app or the Manage Plan section on the website. On the web, you can find the option to cancel under the More Options button on your next active week. On the app, you can find this option to cancel under the Manage Plan button on your next active week. Once your Delivery order week is in progress, any cancellations made will occur the following week.
If you only select to "skip" the weeks viewable in the Manage Plan section, it will not fully cancel your subscription. You must go to More Options (web) /Manage Plan (app) -> Cancel Subscription -> Confirm to cancel all upcoming weeks. Please note if you've skipped a week the cancellation option will be available in the next active week.
