Orders can be skipped or rescheduled before the lock date. You may cancel your subscription plan through your account on the website or app any time prior to the lock.
On the website, you can find the option to cancel by scrolling down to the bottom of the Subscription tab, then click Cancel next to My Subscription.
On the app, you will need to click on Account and click Manage Meal Plan. Scroll to a week that has not been locked by the system and click Manage Plan. Scroll to the bottom of this screen and click Cancel Plan.
Once a weekly order has been locked by the system, it can not be canceled. Canceling your subscription will cancel all (unlocked) future weeks.
