Where do I find tracking information?

You will be emailed tracking information once your order is shipped. If you did not receive an email, please Customer Care at SnapCare@SnapKitchen.com and we'll be happy to help!

If your delivery is coming via FedEx, we highly recommend signing up for their delivery management features to better track your package when en route. Through their Delivery Manager, you can receive alerts, provide delivery instructions, request your package to be held for pickup, and more.
