Where do I find tracking information?

Most orders will be hand-delivered in 1-day by our shipping partner, Hungry, using an insulated Snap Kitchen cooler bag.
  • On the day of your bag delivery, your meals will arrive sometime between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST and Hungry will send you a text with a link to your personal tracking portal so you can track your bag in real time.
  • Hungry will notify you directly via text when they are approximately 20 minutes away from your address, letting you know that they are on their way. You will also receive a text once your delivery is complete with a picture included.
  • If you’re not home, don’t worry! Our reusable insulated bag will keep your meals fresh for up to 24 hours.*

            *Subject to conditions so we do recommend refrigerating the meals as soon as possible, as the food is fresh and not frozen.


Note - Certain customers may fall outside of our bag delivery range and will receive their orders in a shipping box with insulated liners and gel packs to ensure that the food stays fresh in transit. These customer will be emailed tracking information once the order has shipped.  These packages will arrive between 8 AM and 9 PM.


Both UPS and FedEx have programs that supply you with additional tracking information.


UPS has a free program called "My Choice" available where you can track your package more closely and add special delivery instructions. Click HERE to sign up for it.
