My order is going to the wrong address. Is there anything I can do?

Snapkitchen is not able to alter the address on a locked order in our system.  You can contact the shipper directly and see if an address redirect is available. 


Both UPS and FedEx have programs that make this process easier. 


UPS has a free program called "My Choice" available where you can track your package more closely and add special delivery instructions. Click HERE to sign up for it.
