In the event that you are unsatisfied with any part of your order, please contact Snap Kitchen Customer Care within seven (7) days of the date you received the unsatisfactory item with a detailed description, along with photos of the issue.
If related to quality or condition of a meal, we, at our sole discretion, may issue a partial or full credit or a refund for the items affrected. We reserve the right, however, to require a photograph of such, before any partial/full refund or credit will be issued.
