What is a Lock Date?

The Lock Date is the specific deadline to skip or make any changes to your order including but not limited to: menu items, delivery address, and payment method, which is listed for each customer on our website. This date varies depending on your delivery day and is listed for each customer on our website.  You have until 11:59PM the evening before your lock date listed on our website to make the change. We cook all dishes to order, so we need this time to prepare, cook, and pack your order in time for shipment.

Your Lock Date will appear after this statement (below) on your Subscription page each week.
