Why am I seeing the message: "We are currently processing your order, please check back momentarily?"

This message may be appearing because of one of two reasons:

  1. The website needs time to process your order.
  2. There is a data issue involving your browser's cookies (cache).   

We recommend the following actions:

  • Log out
  • Clear your browser's cache/cookies
  • Wait approximately an hour 
  • Log back in

Note: If you are still seeing the error message after following the above steps, you may also try using a different browser entirely.
