In order to change the number of meals in your subscription from 12 to 6 or vice versa, you will first need to cancel the current subscription you are on. You can then sign up again choosing the correct number of meals you are hoping to have on your subscription going forward. Orders that are locked in the system will not be affected.
We are working on a way to streamline this process for the future but for now this is the best way to update your plan.
