How is my order shipped / delivered?

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives fresh at your door.

Most customers will receive their order in an insulated Snap Kitchen cooler bag.  The bag will be hand-delivered by our shipping partner, Hungry, to your door. The exact delivery time will vary but will fall between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Customers will receive a text message when the bag is in transit and a additional text when the order is delivered (with an attached "Proof of Delivery" picture.

The insulated bags are reusable and you have two options upon receiving one:

  • Keep the bag and reuse it - it keeps your items cold up to 24 hours!
  • Leave the bag (empty and clean) in your normal delivery location and we will pick them up each week and replace it with a fresh bag full of Snap Kitchen yumminess.

*Note - Certain customers may fall outside of our bag delivery range and will receive their orders in a shipping box with insulated liners and gel packs to ensure that the food stays fresh in transit.


  • Our packaging guarantees your meals will stay fresh in the box for 72 hours in transit.
  • The box, gel packs, and liner are all recyclable.
