(Starting 10/16/22) Most orders will be hand-delivered in 1-day by our shipping partner, Hungry, using an insulated delivery bag.
- On the day of your bag delivery, your meals will arrive sometime between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Hungry will notify you directly via text when they are approximately 20 minutes away from your address letting you know that they are on their way. You will also receive a text once your delivery is complete with a picture included.
- If you’re not home, don’t worry! Our reusable insulated bag will keep your meals fresh for up to 24 hours! . (That said, we do recommend refrigerating the meals as soon as possible, as the food is fresh and not frozen.)
*Note - Certain customers may fall outside of our bag delivery range and will receive their orders in an insulated shipping box via Fed-Ex, UPS or Ontrac, and spend 1-3 days in transit.
- On the day of your box delivery, your meals will arrive sometime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. You will be notified when your order arrives. Our insulated box can keep meals fresh for up to 72 hours in transit! . (That said, we do recommend refrigerating the meals as soon as possible, as the food is fresh and not frozen.)
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to notify you of any changes in shipping as we become aware of delays. If your meals do not arrive cool to the touch and at a safe temperature of 40 degrees or less, please contact Customer Care:
